Amy Kriz

Amy is a Nebraskan through and through. She was born and raised here, and she and her husband are raising their six children in Lincoln. Real estate was a dream she chased at a crossroads in her life. She has always wanted to help people, and since 2017 she has done that by guiding families through some of the biggest moves of their lives.

Before real estate, Amy worked in human resources and recruiting. That work built the skills her clients notice most: she listens closely, keeps track of every detail and communicates clearly. She has helped buyers and sellers with well over 100 homes in Lincoln and nearby towns like Hickman, Seward and Valparaiso, and she has guided clients through moves into and out of state.

Amy keeps learning so she can serve her clients better. She has earned three national designations:

• Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), focused on representing buyers
• Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), advanced training in real estate practice
• Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), focused on clients 50 and older who are downsizing or starting a new stage of life

As part of Elevate Realty Group, brokered by Nebraska Realty, Amy brings personal care to every transaction, with a full team behind her. Her goal is simple: every client should feel informed, looked after and confident from the first conversation to closing day.
