Cairee grew up in Milford, where she helped on her family's farm, so land, acreage and small-town life are familiar ground. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Before real estate, Cairee built her career in homeowner insurance claims. She was part of a team that worked directly with contractors to restore damaged homes. That work gave her a practical understanding of how homes are put together, what repairs involve and what they really cost. Her clients get the benefit of that experience when inspection results come in and it's time to negotiate.

She works alongside Jorin with buyers and sellers across Lincoln and the surrounding towns. Outside of work, she volunteers as a youth sports coach.
